When I was a young girl, I remember buying a Mary-Kate and Ashley book from the book fair around Valentines day. Book fairs and those blonde twins were the things of my dreams and I remember being ecstatic running through the door of my house with that book. Inside there was a recipe for sugar cookies shaped like hearts and I remember baking those cookies and telling myself that someday when I had my own kids, I would make heart shaped sugar cookies with them every February.
That book is lost now, but I sure am grateful for that memory and the memories we are now making from that experience I had in second grade.
